Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your semi-permanent pigments, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. This is for health and safety reasons as well as the integrity of the products.

However, if your order meets any of the following conditions, we may offer a refund or exchange:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a return of the incorrect items and ship the correct ones at no additional cost to you.

  • Unopened, Unused Products: If you change your mind, we may consider a refund for unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original, sealed condition.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used semi-permanent pigments

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

  • Gift cards or vouchers

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or exchange, please email our customer support team at infopermanentline@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item)

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product, if applicable

  • Your preference: refund or exchange

Once we receive your request, we will assess the situation and respond within 3-5 business days with the next steps.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

  • For Returns Due to Damaged or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For Other Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will ship the replacement item once we’ve received the returned item. If the product you want is unavailable, we will offer a refund.

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at infopermanentline@gmail.com.
